SALES
Until I resume selling directly from my site, I can either take credit card payments over the phone or by check. (Your purchase will be shipped as soon as the check clears.) Checks should be made payable to Kim Nelson and mailed to 1305 Electric Court, Virginia Beach, VA 23451 with a clear indication of what you are purchasing.
Virginia sales tax (5%) will be added to your order. Currently, sales are only within the U.S. and Canada.
Shipping charges are $5 for purchases under $100, and FREE SHIPPING on purchases over $150.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
I certainly hope everyone will be happy with their purchase as I strive to create and design excellent quality and unique pieces that will last a very long time with proper care and treatment. However, should you receive a piece that is damaged, or comes apart (under normal wearing conditions), please send it back and I'll make the necessary repairs.
I cannot make refunds on jewelry that have been mishandled or subjected to unusual conditions (for instance, if it goes through the washing machine and becomes an unsalvageable lump, it's now "table art"). However, if the glass beads remain intact after such an unfortunate adventure, you can return the piece for "reconstruction." The cost to rebuild will be determined by the extent of the job.
